1. Registration/Renewal Fee
The registration or renewal fee is RM50.00.
2. License Validity Period
The validity period for each license is 1 year.
3. Registration Requirement Starting 01/01/2025
Starting from January 1, 2025, all vendors wishing to participate in a quotation or tender for SATU are required to register in the SATU e-Vendor system.
4. Payment Plan Options
There are two payment plan options as follows:

Paid Registration RM50.00 (Before 01/01/2025):
- If a vendor registers and pays RM50.00 BEFORE 01/01/2025, a license will be granted for 3 years.
- This license will be active starting 01/01/2025.

Free Registration:
- Registration can be done at any time.
- The license validity is for 1 year only.
- After the 1-year period, the vendor must pay RM50.00 for renewal if they wish to extend the license.
